Discuss Options: After reviewing product details and picking out design options based on your wants and budget, you will recieved a detailed proposal including product options, pricing, and project timeline. 

On-Site Measurement: If you approve of the free estimate, our expert will measure the space where the new door or window will be installed to ensure a perfect fit.

Order Confirmation: We will place the order for your custom door or window based on the approved specifications. We ask that you put 50% down payment to process the order.

Schedule Installation: As all of the products arrive or are completed in the shop, we will call or text you to set up a date for our installation team to come to your property.

No Install: If our team is not installing, then we will call you to schedule pick up or delivery options. 

Completion: We'll perform a thorough inspection to ensure everything is installed correctly and meets our high standards. 

Follow-Up: We may follow up to ensure you're satisfied with the product and service. We also appreciate postive Google or Facebook reviews!

Final Payment: Once the project is completed, you will receive a final invoice by mail.
